Visits
The goal of our time together is to give you the opportunity to receive personalized guidance and support to help you achieve your breastfeeding goals and overcome any challenges you may be facing.

During our initial meeting and session, we’ll discuss and assess your current experience, your baby’s latch, milk transfer and discuss any questions or concerns you may have. I will observe a breastfeeding session and throughout our time, will provide guidance on techniques, positions and latch. We will work together to establish your goals and develop a plan for achieving them.
In-Home Initial Visit
During any follow-up discussions, we will assess progress, address any concerns and I will provide ongoing support to you on this journey.
We can also discuss options for going back to work, travel etc. Plans are tailor-made to your situation and goals.
In-Home Follow-Up Visit
Telehealth & Prenatal Visit
While telehealth visits may not offer the same hands-on support as in-person visits, they can still be a valuable resource. This is an excellent option to discuss and build a relationship prenatally, pumping and flange sizing as well as basic latch and position help. Some issues, such as severe pain or difficulty latching, may require an in-person visit and I will work with you to determine the best course of action.
